Texas Thunder was recorded in 3 days at GEM/Lone Star Studio in Austin, Texas in the summer of 1993. Texas Thunder is the CD that spawned all of the TM infringements still being perpetrated against Benny. Some of the legally uninformed who still insist they have a right to use the name even include some dudes in the UK calling themselves Texas Thunder, in England? All of these are in violation of a US Trademark, don't beleive the spin you read on the West Case Update. Benny came up with the name in 1992 and owns the US Trademark. End of Story.
